（中央社記者郝雪卿台中7日電）手機遊戲「PokemonGO 精靈寶可夢」昨天開放下載，台中市警方昨晚就發現有騎士邊騎車邊尋寶，攔下後開出首張罰單，為提醒玩家注意交通安全，今天還舉辦宣導活動。

為防止玩家玩手機遊戲「Pokemon GO精靈寶可夢」不遵守交通規則，進而發生交通事故，台中市政府警察局昨天先透過官方臉書、LINE發出「提醒」事項內容，並於今天下午在七期百貨商圈舉辦安全宣導活動，由於目前正值暑假期間，盼大家有玩這款網路手遊時，務必遵守警方所列舉的安全性警告並注意公共安全。

交通警察大隊表示，民眾若開車、騎機車，以手持方式使用行動電話，將可依「道路交通管理處罰條例」分別開罰新台幣3000元、1000元罰鍰；若是行人在交通頻繁道路上玩手機，且阻礙到交通順暢，可依法開罰300元。

交通大隊大隊長盧勇誌表示，昨天遊戲下載首日，就發現1名22歲陳姓機車駕駛於晚上8時許，在文心、公益路口，一邊騎車、一邊抓寶，被警員攔下，依法開出台中市第1張機車騎士因違規使用手持式行動電話抓寶的案例，開罰1000元。1050807
